Make your own dual-band satellite antenna
06-29, 14:00–15:30 (America/Los_Angeles), Hardware Hacking Stage

Are you interested in communicating over long distances and eager to uncover how to harness satellites for this purpose? This workshop is designed for you!

The antenna design is based on the design by LY3LP/M1GEO. By the end of the session, each attendee will have constructed their own functional satellite antenna and gained valuable insights into the world of satellite communication. Additionally, participants will learn about the principles of radio direction finding, adding an engaging and practical dimension to their amateur radio expertise. No prior experience is required, all the necessary materials, tools, and equipment will be in the kit and we will guide you through the process.
